2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders prior to dispatch.

Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order, simply add items to your cart and proceed through checkout.
Your order becomes binding once it is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

4. Payment

We accept secure payments via PayPal, Stripe, and Revolut.
Your card will be charged at the time of checkout.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.

Orders are fulfilled via An Post Standard and Express delivery options.

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

In the event a package is undeliverable or delayed, we will attempt to contact you to arrange resolution. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (EU cooling-off period).

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
For hygiene reasons, used products (such as opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal items) cannot be returned unless defective.
