Right to Cancel (EU Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

 

How to Return an Item

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

 

Return Conditions

 

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products such as skincare, cosmetics, or other personal items unless they are faulty or damaged.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning products to us.
